Course programme
You will be assessed in eight areas. Five of these are core: process documents relating to housing services; develop and maintain open and honest relationships with customers; obtain and provide information to customers and others; ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety; manage yourself.
Then there are a wide range of other areas from which you select three, for example: identify and access the use of property owned by others; identify and match the needs of customers with available accomodation; allocate accomodation to meet customers' needs; accompany customers to view accomodation; set up and manage agreements; respond to possible breaches of agreements; consult with customers on needs and issues within the local community.
