The A to Z of Credit Management Procedures This is to ensure that each stage of credit management is thoroughly reviewed and that the interface between each stage is sound. The Use of Statistics of Justify Recommendations This will be looking at statistics and how best to use them as well as looking at benchmarking. Quantifying Recommendations with Benefits This will show how statistics can be used to show the financial benefit of any recommendations being made.
