HSE Offshore Medic Refresher

Course review:

This HSE Offshore Medic Refresher course meets all the requirements of the HSE guidance for refresher learning outcomes. Students must present a valid and in-date certificate for 'Offshore Medic' by an approved provider before completing this course.

Not only do we forward you access to our student 'livedrive' which is a online cloud area we also encorporate a placement to a local busy A&E department for 2 days. We are all aware of skill decay within this environment; through listening to our students we recognise the need for additional practical learning which is why we have focused the refresher programme to hands on experience as well as a practical style of teaching which many of our competitors do not offer.

After completing both practical and written assessments the following certificates will be awarded:

• Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh)
• Food safety level 2 (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health)
