Our course has a strong focus on the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in human resource management. It’s ideal if you’re preparing for, or aspiring to, roles such as HR director, manager, officer, or training officer.

Our course has been approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). While you’re studying you’ll register as an associate member of CIPD and, once you’re in work, you’ll be able to upgrade to full membership. Associate members enjoy exclusive access to journals, reports, time-saving resources, library services, as well as professional development guidance and networking opportunities.

Assessment

We’ll assess your progress through written work, group and individual presentations. Of your final two modules, the first is a written proposal which is assessed for a Postgraduate Major Project that will give you the opportunity to demonstrate, through a written assessment, your ability to conduct research and apply human resource practices to a specific issue.

This is a 12 or 15 month programme
