Course Content
This is a short course that introduces the skill of using personal hypnosis techniques. These skills can aid the individual to relax, self focus, reduce stress and increase self confidence.

This is a basic introductory course and can only be used for personal use.

Course Assessment
Assessment is made through tutor observation and student participation

Additional Qualification
You will receive a nationally recognised Open College Network (OCN) qualification upon successful completion.
