What I would highlight: I do not prescribe this course to anybody. Spare your cash and do not squander it with eCareers.
What could be improved: The course notes contain numerous blunders (genuine and grammatical mistakes), specifically the guidelines for creating diagrams in the Sigma XL program (which is a fundamental additional buy for the course) were totally off-base. I went into long discourse with eCareers yet nobody had the specialized mastery to determine the issues and I felt I was being given scripted answers. I do not envision that the eCareers course will have furnished me with the learning required to pass the IASSC accreditation exam.
Would you recommend this course?: Yes

What I would highlight: I have quite recently finished Six Sigma Black Belt preparing and I can state with certainty that I feel prepared for the new part as Six Sigma BB specialist. This course gives strong hypothetical bases, as well as permits understudies to take a shot at functional issues from the assembling/administrations/human services ventures. SigmaXL programming, which is a reward, will be an amazing instrument in my future endeavors.
What could be improved: Everything OK.
Would you recommend this course?: Yes

Course programme

Fully accredited by the IASSC, this Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course will give students the necessary knowledge and techniques they need to lead a process improvement team. You will be able to deploy resources and apply the correct methodologies to perform useful statistical experiments to help identify new efficiencies and savings. • The Define phase during which projects are outlined, elements of waste are identified and the management decisions required to move forward. • The Measure phase which is used to catalogue and analyse existing processes to define an operational baseline that can be used to calculate potential capability of each. • The Analyse phase uses statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to model how processes may be improved and the potential value of each improvement without affecting existing systems. • The Improve phase helps students to identify the changes that will deliver the greatest business benefits before putting those plans into action. • The Control phase monitors each change that is made and record any deviations from the predicted benefits. The results will then be able to demand what actions should be taken.
