Administration staff, support from the trainers and the course materials were absolutely superb, unbeatable. I have undertaken many other courses and obtained other certificates with other centres, and so I am entitled to say that ICT is leading this industry in terms of regulatory development training. The first two courses I took were magnificent. I'd recommend ICT to absolutely anyone looking to boost skills and knowledge.

The bolster I got from the guides was magnificent. I would altogether prescribe ICT for learning.

What could be improved: The Conduct Risk course was not entirely up to ICT's usual high standards; they should work a bit harder on it.

What I would highlight: Just OK.
What could be improved: Administration was really slow to reply to emails - they only got back to me after I'd sent them a lot of messages. Moreover, although I had already given them my bank details I still got asked several times to pay for my registration fees.

Tutors

ICT has a vast internal tutor team and we also use a number of external trainers to enliven the learning process. All ICT trainers have extensive experience. They come from a variety of backgrounds and most are still practising in their profession so you can be confident that the learning you receive is practical and up-to-date.
