ICT (Information and Communication Technology) courses at Fircroft are ideal for people with limited or no experience in using computers. These courses are aimed at introducing you to computing and teaching you some basic but important skills, in areas such as word processing, using the Internet, email, graphic design, desktop publishing, digital photography and using spreadsheets. You’ll get lots of support from your tutor and plenty of opportunity to practice what you’ve learnt.

If you have never used a computer before you need to start with the Beginner ICT course first before continuing onto the other courses. Please note – all courses listed are at Entry 3 Level and not suitable for students with very good ICT skills.
