What will I study? This course contains a unit in Customer Support, one unit from the Microsoft Desktop Support Technician qualification (MCDST), the new, updated CompTIA A.
What qualification will I get? City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma for IT Practitioners, (ICT Systems Support), CompTIA A+.
What can I do after the course? You can apply for the Microsoft Certified Systems Associate credential, which are offered with our City and Guilds Advanced Diploma course. You could also apply for Access to Computing, if you wish to progress to university.
