What I would highlight: Very useful case studies, demonstrated in an innovational way that granted several cases to be considered in detail without losing the playgoer. Useful concepts/new concepts introduced. Very well delivered. Useful content (materials presented in a manner that was not too dense). Managed the course despite having different learning rates of attender. Useful anecdotes throughout the course.
