Course Aims:
The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership is designed to give practicing or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation for their development as a leader.
Course Content:
The course is a concise qualification designed to give learners an understanding of leadership through two mandatory units. Unit One - Introduction to Leadership - explores different leadership styles and behaviours and their impacts. Unit Two - Leading a Team Effectively - looks at motivating and developing teams, alongside the importance of connecting a team with the overall vision and strategy of an organisation or project.

Exam:
There is no exam but assessment takes the form of a Reflective Review.
