Overview

There are three mandatory and one additional units - 'Reflecting on workplace coaching skills' - in this qualification.  Candidates also need to plan and carry out at least 36 hours of coaching, with supervision and support to gain the necessary level of skill and experience.

Support for learning is provided from one of our dedicated professional tutors and there is a wide variety of learning materials available.
