ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management Level 3

This 4-day Level 3 Certificate is a medium-sized qualification designed to give candidates a good overview of the various roles, functions and responsibilities as a first-line manager of a team and will help them to appreciate the limits of their authority and accountability. The unit in ‘Planning and allocating work’ helps to understand how to get the best from your team and deliver to targets.

All training will be workshop based, participative and relevant to the organisation. To successfully gain the Institute of Leadership and Management L3 Certificate in Leadership and Management delegates must complete at least 2 written assignments and two workbooks outside of and in addition to the time spent in the classroom which have to pass assessment. You will also have to prepare and deliver a presentation.
