You should be a practising or aspiring first line manager with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable you to benefit from the programme. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method Work-based assignments, reports, reviews, presentations and role play scenarios. ILM Level 3 Certificate: A more comprehensive programme exploring the practical aspects of managing and leading teams and also focusing on quality and customer interaction. The certificate should take an additional 7-9 weeks beyond the Award.
