Course programme
The ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Management is a brand new ILM qualification. It is a four-day programme for new, existing and potential people managers and team leaders. There are no eligibility requirements.
People gain their qualification through attendance of the learning modules and successful completion of work-based assignments and assessed skills practicals.
Frequency
Modules will take place every two weeks to allow learners time to reflect on each day and progress their practical work-based assignments before the next module.
Assessment Methods
Two work-based ILM assignments (M3.11 & M3.03)
Two shorter reflective reviews (M3.10 & M3.26) with option to use centre-devised assessed skills practice for M3.26.
Group tutorials will take place each day to clarify assessment requirements and we will offer support to learners with special requirements.
Optional Extra
We are able to offer learners the option to upgrade from this Award in Effective Management to the Award in First Line Management by completing the Solving Problems and Decision Making Unit (M3.01) Workbook and a further assignment. Contact us for further details and cost.
