Course programme

ILM is Euorpe’s leading awarding body for leadership and management qualifications. More people in the UK gain leadership and management qualifications with ILM than from any other awarding body – in fact, they award more qualifications in leadership and management than all the others in the UK combined. It makes sense to be part of the leading awarding body if you want to be an effective leader and manager!

The four days will be classroom based, but candidates will need to submit 3 assignments. Time for completion will probably be the end of June (will need to confirm exact date with tutor).

Each candidate will also be entitled to 2 hours tutorial support to guide them through the course, and they will have the facility to show draft assignments to the tutor who will give them feedback before submission.

They also get free membership to the ILM while they are studying which will give them access to resources.

On successful completion of the course the credits would go towards the Level 3 Certificate or Diploma if the candidates wish to go further.
