There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be either practising or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management has been specially designed for first line managers looking to develop a wide range of management and leadership skills suitable for their role. The qualification also develops both understanding and application of leadership skills through the use of action learning. In addition to the taught classes there will be a residential weekend for all delegates, the cost of which will be charged separately and is not expected to exceed £100/delegate. Attendance at the residential weekend is mandatory.
