The ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring aims to provide practising managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role. Course programme
There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practising managers and have successfully completed one of the following or its equivalent:
Exceptional students, who have no formal qualification in management, but who have several years’ experience and have completed some formal training in the role, may also apply.
You will produce assignments, projects or reports in each of the modules. There will be some skill-based role-play activities.
This course also provides entry (after discussion with tutor) to the CMI NCF Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership
