About this course

The ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management program is designed for experienced Middle managers who wish to acquire the leadership, and strategic management skills for entry into senior management roles.

There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practicing or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the program.

Additional information

PROGRAM DURATION: Learners are free to complete the ILM Diploma program at their own pace. However, the Diploma in Leadership and Management must be completed within 24 months from the date of enrolment. You will need to set aside about 6 hours per week to complete this program in 8 to 12 months . Fee: You can also pay in 18 installment but the fee would be 18 x £105.00 = £1890.

ASSESSMENT: The assessments required for the program comprise One Work-based assignment (9 to 10 pages),for each Unit.
