The Global Managing Business Improvement Program is designed to assist operations and other business unit managers to quickly acquire the skills and knowledge with which to plan for and coordinate business and continuous quality improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Lean 6 Sigma. Course content is suitable for use in all types of industries.
The program comprises 4 courses (see below), and requires approximately 50 to 100 hours of committment. Each course contains online quizzes. No written assignments are required.
