1. Relational - involving the audience

2. Emotional - Stress and how to control it

3. Body language - Posture, gesture, movements, eye contact, energy

4. Voice - find your own voice - Articulation, pace, pause

5. Persuasion - short, concise, complete, understandable
(who, what, why, where, when, to whom)

This is an interactive workshop in an inspiring and relaxed atmosphere - we ask participants to wear casual loose clothing as there will be some participation and... a lot of fun!
