What is the course about?
This course is intended for students interested in learning to make a variety of Indian dishes - sweets, main courses and Indian breads - which are more time-intensive and for experienced cooks.

What are the course outcomes?
Participants will learn to appreciate:
·a range of authentic Indian dishes

·the quality of home-made Indian food

·the ability to cook healthy tasty dishes
Participants will learn the use of:
·different flours used in Indian cooking

·a variety of kitchen utensils used and needed to cook the different dishes

·relevant health & safety and food hygiene Dishes on the course may include:
·Chappatis

·Samosas

·Stuffed Parathas

·Biryani

·Jalebi

Materials
Students will need to provide their own spices and ingredients every week.
