Course Content
Our Indian Cookery course covers authentic starters, main course dishes and side dishes. We explain the use of spices and herbs during the hands on course course.
Sample dishes include:

Teaching takes place in our state of the art spacious open plan classroom under the expert guidance of our team of chef tutors who are all highly skilled and experienced. Each student has their own individual work station with the kitchen being equipped with modern ranges by Rangemaster as well as Agas.
