At the end of the course, the students will be confident enough to re create those amazing dishes. Sample spices, recipe cards will be provided to each student. Lunch is not provided.

Padmaja's method of cooking is very simple and she uses step by step method to make it easy to follow for beginners.This course will make you understand how spices work together and how to use quick, simple techniques in Indian cooking and to gain confidence to experiment, to cook up some incredible Indian dishes full of fresh flavours along the way. At the end of the course, the students will be confident enough to re create those amazing dishes. Sample spices, recipe cards will be provided to each student. Lunch is not provided. An additional fee of £5 will be required to be paid to the tutor at the start of the course for sundires items.
