2. Course description This course enables learners to learn how to cook authentic Indian dishes. Fresh ingredients are carefully selected and dishes are prepared in a friendly environment, keeping in mind all the health and safety issues. Discussions are made throughout the sessions about how to introduce healthier options and learn health benefits of various Indian spices and ingredients. Learners who have been in this course previously have discussed and shared how they feel healthier after introducing fresh food and various spices in their diet.
