Course programme

This course is held in Poole in Dorset 5 minutes walk from Poole Harbour. The classes are relaxed but informative with a maximum of 8 students to ensure maximum tuition. This is a hands on workshop during which you will make 3 different curries, nann bread and a side dish. You will eat some food here to keep you going and the rest you will take home enough for two generous portions.
