Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing massage which incorporates, the head, neck, shoulders, face and arms. This type of massage is quite unique in that you do not have to undress and oils do not have to be used.

The aim of the course is to provide students with an introduction into Indian Head. It will also teach the student the techniques and movements involved in the massage by demonstration and practical experience.

The students will be given an insight into Indian Head Massage, where it originated from and its benefits. They will also learn the four movements involved in the massage. The course will be very relaxed and fun!

Students will learn the benefits of Indian Head Massage. However the majority of the course will be practical, where students will be taught the movements involved. They will practice on each other in order to learn and perfect the massage.
