In order to gain the NCFE Award in the prevention and control of infection level 2, you will need to complete a portfolio on the following mandatory units.
• Unit 01 The principles of infection prevention and control
• Unit 02 Causes and spread of infection
• Unit 03 Cleaning, decontamination and waste management.
