The one day course will address the following areas:
  • Improve self image and build confidence
  • Deal with nerves and harness nervous energy in a creative way
  • Develop structures to plan for success
  • Provide methods and skills on how to influence an audience and handle questions and anticipation with ease
  • Improve congruity of message and heighten competency
  • Use physical skills and personal image to maintain rapport
  • Translate technical subjects for non-technical groups
  • Use visual media, with special reference to PowerPoint and flipcharts
  • Create productive dialogue and maintaining group rapport
  • Gain commitment and move towards consensus and action
  • Improve corporate image
