This workshop provides you with a powerful and effective approach to inspiring and managing performance within your teams.

Together with your facilitator, Claire Drury, you will define performance and Performance Management, explore the different development methods available to drive the performance of the individuals in your team, learn how effective feedback can dramatically improve performance - and you will leave with a detailed action plan for how you will tackle scenarios you have identified.

All this in a highly practical and engaging workshop where you will benefit from the presence of actors to bring to life what you are learning and have ample opportunity to practise newly acquired techniques and approaches. You will return to work energised and bursting with new ideas!

  • Using your own real life performance challenges, you will practice the techniques learnt on day one in small groups with actors. Feedback will be provided by the actors, your peers and the facilitator.

Application planning

  • Identify opportunities to apply the learning at work to make the actions happen
