Paul Bradford has a wealth of experience. He heads up a team of designers, annually makes cakes for royalty in the UK and in April 2010 made a cake for Prince Albert of Monaco in front of 100 Italian Cuisine students. He has a passion for teaching and explains a lot more than simply the course syllabus.

Course programme

Learn everything from covering a cake perfectly to creating a wonderful chocolate wrap wedding cake. This course will really give you the skills to become a master cake designer. Paul Bradford will be delivering the course so you will learn from a designer who lists royalty amongst his customers and is the only cake designer in the UK to be awarded the coveted Disciples de Escoffier.

Tea, coffee and lunch are all included along with tools and ingredients so all you have to bring is yourself and bags full of enthusiasm.

9.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
