The MA Interior Design course is ideal for students who wish to further enhance their knowledge, skill base and qualification level for the interior design market. This course is aimed at students who have previously completed a BA (Hons) degree in Interior Design or an alternative relevant subject such as architecture.
At NDA 'online flexible learning' means exactly that! Unlike other institutions, at NDA there are no terms or semesters, you can choose your own start date and study at your own pace – not the pace dictated by the institution or other students. At NDA we treat every student as an individual.
This degree is within the remit of the Faculty of Arts and Creative Technologies, where there is a dedicated Partnership Manager who quality assures the courses. With a background of working in the interior design sector, the Partnership Manager works closely with the National Design Academy to ensure University requirements are met and the needs of students are supported appropriately.
The University recognises the National Design Academy as an innovator in the field of distance learning for design awards, and enjoys working in partnership in this exciting and fast-moving area of the creative and cultural industries.

Coupled with entry at any time within the year, this flexible programme offers a unique individual learning plan for each student. It will acknowledge the skills and experience of designers who have practised for a considerable time and seek to provide an opportunity for further in depth study. The experience differs from other distance learning delivery by providing a unique opportunity for students in the following ways: a) Flexibility of start date Students may select to start on any date and will receive an individual learning plan and access to the bespoke VLE, which provides an individual countdown to Module submission. b) Tutor availability- tutorials are available on request by phone or in person - Monday to Friday 9-5.
