Course programme

Intermediate Metal Clay Silver Jewellery
This class is the next step up in working with metal clay after completing the beginners class, so it is suitable for anyone who has attended a beginners class before. We usually demo 4-5 projects and depending on what areas you are interested in you can choose 2-3 to make. Examples of intermediate projects are;- Ring Making - Leaf painting - Adding glass to your work - Setting natural stones - Using sryinge - Keum boo: adding gold to your work (there will be an additional cost for gold materials)- Bead making and hollow forms If there are other specific things you would like to learn please let us know when you are booking in and we will always do our best to accommodate. Each intermediate class is different and when you book in you will be asked if you have any particular things from the list above you would like to cover, then the class will be adapted to suit all the students. Class sizes are small (no more than 8) so everyone can receive one-on-one attention with their projects. The cost of the class includes all the basic materials to make 2-3 projects if you work fairly small. There is an additional cost for using gold on your work (£20-50) and you may need to buy extra clay or stones etc.. if you want to do extra pieces. If you have any questions about the class please do contact us
