Intermediate Polish (Stage 2)

NOCN Level 2
The course continues on from the NOCN Level 1 course and assumes that you have a knowledge of French roughly equivalent to having completed the Beginners' Polish NOCN Level 1.

Course Content
This 11 week course will provide you with an improved understanding of Polish, beyond the usual simple holiday-type conversation and basic grammar you are likely to have learned at beginners' level.

By the end of the course you should find yourself in a position to take part in simple yet increasingly mature conversations, understand longer and more complex passages of both spoken and written Polish and also be able to express opinions.

Assessment
You hand in samples of work done during the course for external moderation and complete relevant paperwork. The NOCN (National Open College Network) Level 2 certificate is awarded to everyone who completes the course successfully.

Materials Needed
We shall be using 'Talk Polish' (BBC publications).
