Course programme

This is a 2 day intermediate course for those who require to carry out internal audits of the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS).
It is advisable that delegates attending have a recent working knowledge of the ISO 9001 International Standard for QMS. If you don't yet understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, or the "8 Management Principles", then please consider attending our ISO 9001 Awareness / Foundation workshop as preparation for this Internal Auditor course. (For tailored advice, call our helpline on 0845 166 8098).
Our Internal QMS Auditor pass rate boasts a 99.5% pass rate; and all of our trainers are vastly experienced and enthusiastic Chartered Quality Professionals who work 'out in the field' when not in our classrooms.
