This is achieved by combining key international business-focused accounting courses as well as management courses which examine the more strategic and quantitative aspects of management. This combination allows successful graduates to develop careers in various organizations, including private companies and the public sector, either as accountants in business or as financially skilled managers who intend to be promoted to more senior managerial positions. Programme duration MSc - 12 months full-time; 24 months part-time PGDip - 9 months full-time; 21 months part-time Programme contentSemester 1 (Sept - Dec) International Accounting Standards Financial Analysis Competitive Strategy One from: Strategic Project Management Work Culture & Organisations Semester 2 (Jan - April) Comparative Financial Reporting Project Management Research Methods One from: Human Resource Management International Managerial Accounting International Trade Law Project Procurement & Contract Management Between May and August students undertake their MSc dissertation.
