The course looks toward future trends in business, from the changing role of business in society to the impact that rapidly evolving technology has on business in a global context. Big business is big news and by studying this course with us you will learn the facts behind the headlines.

As a master’s student, you will hone your ability to critically analyse concepts and issues in international business by studying the latest thinking and research as you examine real-world business practice through case studies of global companies.

For the bulk of the course you will study core modules to deepen your knowledge of managing resources, innovation, supply chains, strategy, leadership, change management, marketing and research.

You can choose to do a dissertation or you can study an additional module and produce a management report based on independent research. Or you could produce the business plan for your new venture..

Throughout your time with us you’ll learn how to collect and analyse information and data from a wide range of sources in order to enhance your understanding and insight of the topics you study.

This course equips you with the knowledge to pursue an international career in business. Relevant occupations include trainee/junior managers in multinational corporations, entrepreneurship, running a small business or becoming a consultant to SMEs or NGOs.
