International Commercial Arbitration

This Advanced Certificate course is particularly relevant for diplomats, members of the judiciary, legislators and or lawyers in government offices and private law firms assisting governments in international litigation involving foreign trade, and or investors. Participation in the nine-module advanced work-based/distance learning course is open to qualified practitioners from all regions, most especially officials from countries dealing with claims introduced by foreign investors and with the conduct of international arbitration (trade, investment and commercial) or wish to gain professional experience, understanding of international commercial disputes settlement or commercial arbitration.
