• Academic Reading &Writing Modules
• Used to gain admission to undergraduate or post-graduate courses

Duration:

• Twelve (12) weeks / Three (3) months
• Twenty Four (24) weeks / Six (6) months

What are the Entry requirements?

• No formal qualification required
• Ability to read and write is essential
When can I commence study?

• Full-time: September, January, April and July each year
• Part-time: September, January, April and July each year

What will I study?

• Module 1: - Academic Reading (3 Sections – 40 items – 60 minutes test)
• Module 2: - Academic Writing (2 Tasks: 150 & 250 words - 60 minutes)
• Module 3: - Listening Skills (3 Sections – 40 items – 30 minutes test)
• Module 4: - Speaking Skills (11 to 14 minutes test)

How is the course assessed?

• Listening, Reading & Writing tests must be completed in the same day
• Speaking skills test may be taken 7 days prior to the modules above

Any Exemptions? • None applicable

Any deadlines I should know about? • None. There are 48 fixed tests each year
• At least 2 tests each month (academic tests)
