The International Master in Multichannel Marketing Management is a programme that aims to provide a solid background to face the challenges of contemporary marketing practice: digital marketing, mobile marketing, non-conventional marketing, multichannel communication, quantitative and (big) data-driven marketing, matching between brand management, creativity and content marketing and data analysis, modeling and accountability.

1. The ability of combining managerial skills and creativity to design and manage the experience in the contacts between a company and its customers.; 2. The ability of combining managerial skills and creativity to interact with the other
functions within a company: R&D, operation, accounting and control, etc.; 3. The ability to explore and exploit the opportunities enabled by ICT and big data in various areas of marketing application such as communication, promotion, distribution,
and analysis.; 4. The ability to develop accountability, to budget and to appraise appropriately various types of marketing actions.; 5. The understanding of the conditions of the international markets, the challenges and the opportunities in the coming years.

Young and brilliant candidates who are willing to face the challenges of marketing in the contemporary age.

Three year bachelor degree in any discipline.

What I would highlight: My course was located in Como, a small city near Milan. You will find a lot of cultural diversity. Students come from all over the world! From Colombia to Russia, China, and Indonesia etc. Italians are the minority here :). The campus is not very big and you'll probably meet all the other students in a few months. I did a lot of projects during my courses. I had a great time!

METHODOLOGICAL PROGRAMME

Research and analytical skills enable you to generate and/or evaluate ideas in a scientific approach, which could be applied in all
areas of marketing actions. These methodological skills also enable you to react to the changes business environment.

ACTIVITIES

Business game: through a simulation established on a vast database of real businesses, the students will practice the fresh knowledge of marketing strategy and marketing decisions in a realistic setting in the business game.

Digital marketing game: through a simulation, you will interact with several digital marketing programmes in a realistic setting. You will practice the operational details of digital marketing and gain hands-on experience of exploiting the data generated in the digital environment to plan marketing activities.

Management Basics: marketing does not stand alone in management which consists of different, interlocked functions. A qualified marketer requires basic knowledge in multiple disciplines.
