The program aims at training candidates to assume the role of the “manager of the future” who is capable of addressing new
and emerging topics including Lean Startup, Luxury & Design, Smart Manufacturing, Big data & Business Analytics, Internet of Things among others
Ideal candidates have already developed a working experience of at least three years, ideally in an international environment or in an international position.
These talents are willing to expand their skill set and to extend their knowledge through meaningful study and practical work. They should be ready to be challenged in real-world business situations and should possess the motivation to boost their careers.

MANAGEMENT BOOT CAMPS
The Management Bootcamp will allow candidates to learn about emerging management topics under the mentorship of industry experts and company officials from the MBA partner companies and several other companies in the corporate network of MIP. Candidates will work on different boot camps based on a range of emerging topics in business which they can also club with an optional Silicon Valley Experience.
PROJECT WORK
The Project Work is a crucial part of the entire Program and it involves problems and situations of specific interest for the students or for the companies sponsoring them. Working towards your MBA is an excellent opportunity to implement projects in the company or to develop a new
business idea having the support of the Politecnico Faculty.
LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
MIP places much importance on the improvement of the soft skills, such as leadership, negotiation, communication and team work. Students will be followed by a highly customized service of Personal Development from the beginning to the end of the Program. Different kind of activities are offered: classroom learning, professional skills development, outdoor training sessions and team-working activities, business roundtables and other networking events. Students will have also the chance to attend an elective program, running through two long weekends, focusing on their managerial and leadership skills, held by outstanding managers and international professors.
In order to pursue this goal, the MBA Program is based on four main building blocks: Core Courses, Management Boot Camps, Project
Work and Leadership & Personal Development Program. Our MBA Program aims to develop skills in business management and innovation
using a variety of advanced teaching methods including lessons, case studies, simulations and presentations given by managers and consultants.
