Profile This course provides an understanding of globalisation and development. It places special emphasis on the problem of poverty and its relation to global justice and global politics. You study the political, social and economic causes, consequences and discourses of poverty and development. You also critically analyse these important global currents.

A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in international studies/politics or a related discipline.

We will also consider your application on an individual basis if you have lower or non-standard qualifications and relevant professional experience.
