Dong-Joon Jo Dong-Joon Jo is a Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Seoul National University. He received his Ph.D. in 2003 at the Department of Political Science at Pennsylvania State University. ChaeEun Cho ChaeEun Cho (B.A., Department of Political Science, University of Washington, Seattle, 2012) is a second year MA student in the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Seoul National University. She has been working on her MA dissertation on international intervention in civil war.
