About this course

You'll learn how to plan and deliver an event, and appreciate the broader environmental, cultural, and political contexts in which events take place. Our modules also focus on relationship marketing, financial management, and managing culturally diverse teams - all of which will develop your skillset as an events professional.

Graduates pursue opportunities in senior positions in a wide variety of roles connected with events and events management. This may include events management companies, PR firms, local authorities, performing arts companies, festivals, conference venues, theatres, hotels, sports venues or concert halls.

You should have an undergraduate degree at 2.2 or above, or equivalent qualification, from a recognised university or higher education institute.

Mature applicants without an undergraduate degree but with relevant business experience are encouraged to apply, subject to interview.
