If you know what to do with the computer but have not got a clue about the Internet then this is the course for you.

You will start with the basics - what is the internet and how you can find it, and how to use if safely. The course will cover what you need to get online and will take you right through to using the basic functions. Before you know it you will be searching, researching, shopping and much, much more.

Minimum qualifications:

You need some basic knowledge of using a computer but do not need any knowledge of the Internet.

What else do I need to know?

The course is run by a friendly patient tutor. The first four weeks are taught in a small group with step-by-step instruction and tuition. There are then morning, afternoon and evening open learning sessions available for the remaining 16 hours. These 16 hours will have an expiry date which is usually the end of term.
