Improving these skills builds confidence, enhances our relationships with others and thereby improves our personal effectiveness. Our course is designed for those individuals who need to improve their personal effectiveness at work.

About this course
As a result of participating in the course delegates will:
Identify what helps and hinders effectiveness when dealing with people and situations
Have a greater awareness of the effects of their behaviour on others
Have an increased range of options for dealing with others in a variety of situations
Have an opportunity to practise the steps to achieve assertive behaviour.
Our course is ideal for anyone wishing to increase their self awareness and improve the way they relate to others in work more effectively and to sustain good working relationships.
