Interpreting the Investors in People Standard

This officially UK Licenced, 1 day course is suitable for anyone who is involved in the Investors in People process and requires working knowledge of the Standard. This course is a pre-requisite for attendance on the Implementing the Standard course.

Objectives: As a result of the course, delegates will be able to:

• Identify and communicate the benefits gained from achieving or maintaining recognition as an Investors in people organisation
• Differentiate between organisational processes and outcomes necessary to meet the Standards
• Analyse evidence and be able to make judgements as to whether an organisation meets the required standards
• Understanding the steps necessary in achieving or maintaining recognition as an Investors in People organisation
• Explain the support available from other bodies and organisations involved in Investors in people
• Formulate an action plan for further personal development in supporting their organisation’s move to achieving or maintaining the national standard.
