This course aims to help participants understand the legislative framework within which recruitment interviews operate together with demonstrating an understanding of different selection methods, including different types of interviews, and their appropriateness. Participants will look at planning the interview process, the impact that first impressions, stereotyping and prejudice can have on the interview process in addition to helping them produce a range of interview questions appropriate to a specific post.
