Recruiting and retaining good people is an ongoing requirement for most businesses. As line managers become frequently involved with HR in the selection of key staff having an understanding of the core elements is essential. In this intensive two-day course, delegates are taken step by step through the stages necessary to play a valuable role in the recruitment process.
This training programme is typically delivered in English.
Translators can be provided at an additional cost. In order to ensure that there is a good balance of theory, discussion and practical work this course requires a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 delegates.
