Learn how to apply ‘Auricular Zonal Therapy’ to enhance your Acupressure Massage treatments
Auricular therapy is a system of healing which has been practiced in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. More recently however, the concept of Nogier’s reflex model based on the inverted foetus, has become widely used in the West.
Although often used with needles (acupuncture) the use of finger pressure, magnets and ear seeds also effectively helps alleviate a wide range of ailments. Its focus is on improving the health of the person by creating a balanced flow of energy (qi) through the body. The principle aim is to treat holistically in order to recover the equilibrium between the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of the individual.
